Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring food safety, operating washers, grading eggs, and supporting the transfer and breaking stages, with emphasis on cleanliness and GMP compliance during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing desirable.
• Knowledge of safety programs such as Confined Space, LOTO, HazCom.

Responsibilities

• Follow HACCP, SQF, cGMPs and regulatory protocols to ensure food safety and quality.
• Grade and align eggs entering the washer section for smooth flow.
• Maintain clean work areas, operate washers, and perform chemical checks as required.
• Assist during breaks and cleaning tasks; handle egg transfers and breaking processes per SOP.
