Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prevents bad eggs from contaminating finished products and ensures quality of eggs entering breaking room.
• Removes all yolk from whites to ensure a high quality product during the separation process.
• Keeps machine running at top production speeds and follows each day's responsibilities.
• Follows USDA regulations.
• Checks cleanliness, air pressure, water pressure, amount of chemicals, and fullness of flats on the machines continuously during each shift.
• Safely lifts, carries and dumps 30-50 lbs. buckets into augers.
• Rotates with floor person as needed.
• Accountable for a safe and healthy workplace; adhere to safety policies and health requirements.
• Adhere to GMPs and maintain sanitary conditions; report adverse conditions to management.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Willing to travel and work at multiple locations.
• Correctly cleans, dries, and tags flats.
• Hauls racks and stacker, ties and picks up material neatly; manage heights.
• Dumps inedible buckets from machines at shift end; clean up.
• Ensure ARUs are set up for production.
• Communicate safety/maintenance/production issues to supervisor and operators.
• Assist breaker operators.
• Rotate shell egg inventory (FIFO).
• Able to perform other duties as assigned
