You will follow GMPs and SSOPs, monitor temperatures and records, coordinate with leads, and ensure first-in/first-out Egg handling to prevent waste.

The role requires standing in a wet environment, lifting up to 30 lbs, and adhering to HACCP guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work indoors in a wet and humid environment and stand on hard surfaces.
• Able to follow GMPs and safety regulations and wear the proper PPE.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Pelbo machine according to supervisor directions.
• Maintain sanitation standards and document HACCP/SSOP compliance.
• Ensure safe working environment and proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate with leads to schedule lines and product flow to meet production needs.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with line sterilization and equipment upkeep.
