Job summary

Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Palletizer to efficiently stack cases on pallets per customer specs, verify labeling, and place cases on skids.

You will wrap pallets and segregate damaged cases, while following USDA regulations, SQF, safety, biosecurity and food defense programs. This fast-paced role requires basic math, the ability to read safety and maintenance documents, and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reasoning skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operation documents.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Prior forklift training and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stack cases on pallets according to guidelines.
• Attach labels and ensure proper pallet labeling.
• Wrap pallets and prepare for shipping.
• Identify and segregate damaged cases for rework.
• Follow USDA, SQF, safety and biosecurity programs.
