Opal Foods in Litchfield, MN is seeking a Line Laborer - Case Pack­er to pack egg cartons into cases and pallets while following company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include setting up the packaging area, verifying labels, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting teammates. The role requires a flexible 7-day schedule, including holidays, with typical shift end around the early evening.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and match labels.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work at a fast pace with repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Available to be scheduled 7 days a week including holidays.
• Must be punctual and clock in on time, every scheduled day.
• Shift typically ends at around 4 pm and may extend to 7 pm several days in a row.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area and prepare packaging for the day.
• Pack one dozen, 6-pack and 18-pack cartons (or flats) of eggs into crates, boxes and onto pallets.
• Verify each package is labeled properly.
• Maintain a clean work area throughout the day by keeping floor and shelves free of egg and debris.
• Help other team members as needed throughout the day.
• Put away packaging from work area and clean up at the end of the day.
• Other duties as assigned.
