Job summary

Versova is seeking a Packer I to maintain egg packaging flow, inspect quality, and palletize flats for transport in a low to moderate noise, chill egg processing facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety and food safety standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates will stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, or weekends to meet production needs. Training provided and full benefits available.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required for quality inspection.

• Able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as production demands.
• Must follow food safety protocols and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Package eggs into flats on the packaging line at a steady pace.
• Inspect eggs for quality and remove broken or leaking eggs.
• Palletize egg flats safely and securely and move pallets as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, machines, and conveyors.
• Follow safety procedures and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Support coworkers with various packing tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality standards.
