Job summary

Aviagen is seeking a Grader Supervisor for the GP Egg Depot in Elkmont, Alabama. The role focuses on leading the grader team, coordinating operations, and ensuring accurate egg counts and timely customer orders.

The position requires strong supervision skills, attention to detail for paperwork, and effective communication with the manager and shift staff. TSA certification knowledge will be utilized to ship export orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and scheduling the grader team.
• Schedule grader operations.
• Verify egg counts picked up from farms.
• Pull eggs for specific customer orders.
• Perform and maintain all paperwork associated with the egg grader.
• Prepare eggs for shipping and ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.
• Communicate with grader employees to complete customer orders.
• Update the manager on order progress throughout the day.
• Coordinate TSA-related tasks and paperwork for export orders.
