Job summary

Foster Farms in United States (Colorado) is seeking a Team Member to perform egg-handling and processing duties in a production setting. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, walking several miles daily, and following safety practices while maintaining efficiency.

As part of our team, you will sort eggs, move supplies, clean equipment, and transfer to other farms as needed. The job offers competitive pay with shift differentials and a benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk 1.5–5 miles per day.
• Able to step into & out of gathering pit repeatedly.
• Able to bend over & pick up eggs from floor.
• Must be able to climb a 12-foot ladder.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Gather eggs: sort by size, cleanliness, shape; inspect for defects.
• Clean eggs as needed and stack flats.
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Walk floors and slats to locate eggs and dead birds; load eggs onto flats.
• Clean waters and manage liquids; lift 40 lbs as required.
• Transfer eggs to other farms; cleanup between flocks.
