Job summary

Vital Farms is seeking a Processing Associate for its Egg Central Station facility. You will wash, sort, and pack pasture-raised eggs and support the bridge from family farms to grocery stores. Expect a 12-hour shift with a 2-2-3 schedule across day and night crews.

You must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, speak English, and have at least 1 year in production. Healthcare starts after the first full month; 401(k) with company match; PTO from first paycheck; and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English for safety and quality reasons.
• 1 year of work experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Able to frequently lift/move up to 60 lbs.
• Committed to following all personal safety requirements.
• Be flexible and able to perform other duties as needed.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, basic division.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and robots to load, sort, and pack our pasture-raised eggs.
• Maintain sanitary conditions for food production.
• Follow procedures and perform quality checks to ensure standards.
• Inspect supplies and ensure readiness for use.
• Operate powered jacks to move supplies and product within the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as required and adapt to changing needs.
