Job summary

Arrow International in Cleveland, OH is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our eGaming Operations team. You will conduct account and sales representative/distributor level analysis, ensure accurate tracking of incentives, rebates, discounts, and commissions, and support timely payments and executive approvals.

You will collaborate with sales, finance, and management to create reports, dashboards, and presentations, monitor incentive programs, and provide insights from market

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Gaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of account and sales representative/distributor data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track and manage account incentives, rebates, discounts, and commissions.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and executive management to gather data for executive presentations.
• Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings.
• Monitor and evaluate incentive programs, recommending enhancements as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and distributors.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide insights.
