Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. is seeking a detailed and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our eGaming Operations team in Cleveland, OH.

The role focuses on analyzing account and distributor data, tracking incentives, rebates, and commissions, and delivering accurate reports for executive review. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in a related field, proven business analytics experience (preferably in gaming), and strong Excel/Tableau skills.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within Gaming.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and disseminate information.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of account and distributor data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track and manage incentives, rebates, discounts, and commissions with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and exec management to gather data for presentations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings.
