Job summary

WinStar World Casino and Resort is seeking a Part Time 38, 3rd Shift, EG Floor Attendant to join our Riverstar Team. You will provide courteous service to guests during their entertainment experience and support a safe, clean gaming floor.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, no prior experience required, and must be able to pass background checks and a pre-employment drug screen. This role requires flexibility for various shifts, including nights and weekends.

We are currently looking for aPart Time 38, 3rd Shift, EG Floor Attendant to join our Riverstar Team!

Summary:

Responsible for providing a high degree of courteous service to guests during their entertainment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• Maintains and promotes professionalism
• Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
• Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
• Handles routine customer complaints and incidents, exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel
• Cleans assigned area
• Cleans and sweeps floors

• May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
• Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
• Answers basic customer questions concerning gaming machines based on basic understanding of payout and machine operations
• Coordinates with management, supervisors, and security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damaged gaming equipment and to report floor irregularities to a member of management
• Identifies top prize transactions processes and completes paperwork promptly, with a high level of accuracy and service to the guest
• Performs all other duties as assigned
