Summary

Performs any combination of cleaning tasks for assigned areas, restrooms, and corridors to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities

• * Cleans assigned area
• - Cleans and sweeps floors
• - Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
• - May empty ash trays
• - Disposes of trash
• - May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
• - Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
• * Sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums and performs basic cleaning and janitorial procedures
• * Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requested
• * Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls, maintain sanitization of restrooms, empty and clean waste receptacles
• * Mixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• * Maintains equipment and materials used to fulfill tasks and replenish supplies and keep simple records of work performed and materials used
• * Uses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicals
• * Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• * Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
