Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a candidate to develop and qualify eFuse devices by designing experiments, analyzing measurement data, and driving readiness for production applications. You will work with design, process, and reliability teams to define tests and qualification plans.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and 0–5 years of semiconductor experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Travel up to 10% and fluency in English are expected.

Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis (Python, MATLAB, JMP or equivalent).
  • Education in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize eFuse device performance and reliability.
  • Perform electrical characterization of eFuse structures and interpret measurement results.
  • Analyze data to understand device behavior, variability, and failure mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with design, process, and reliability teams to define test structures and validation plans.
  • Develop and refine test methodologies for eFuse qualification across technologies.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and propose solutions for device performance or reliability issues.
  • Document results and provide clear technical communication to internal stakeholders and customers.
