Job summary

Center Parc Credit Union is seeking an EFT Specialist to support the Payment Services Team in a back-office role. You will process and troubleshoot ACH and wire transfers for external members and internal stakeholders, and address online banking issues.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with hours 8:30–5:00 or 9:30–6:00. 2–3 years of ACH/Wire experience and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years banking/credit union experience directly handling ACH and wires.
• Ability to use Symitar and MS Office for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve ACH and Wire inquiries from members and staff.
• Process and verify incoming and outgoing wires as needed.
• Post ACH debit and credit exceptions and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain wire log and ensure accuracy of entries.
• Follow BSA/AML and OFAC regulations for all activities.
