Qualifications

• Knowledge of military personnel automation systems and strong analytical skills.
• Prior military experience or EFMP program familiarity preferred.
• Familiarity with Government logistics and large-scale projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person or by phone.
• Travel will be required as needed.
• Must be in the San Antonio, TX area.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite programs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project management support for EFMP systems navigation and ACS compliance.
• Coordinate training events for EFMP personnel and contractors.
• Maintain communications with EFMP managers at all sites.
• Analyze SN services and report on program effectiveness.
• Propose improvements for program quality and support.
• Coordinate monthly professional development training via audio conferences and webinars.
• Lead initial program training for new navigators and specialists.
• Conduct site visits to provide training, assessments, and relationship building.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Army installation EFMP managers and staff.
• Ensure all navigators achieve Level 1 Life Coach certification and track program deliverables.
• Plan up to two COR-RA approved training events per performance period.
• Provide monthly data on service effectiveness using client satisfaction surveys.
