Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 70 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load freight from inbound and outbound trucks using forklifts.
• Perform cross-docking to expedite freight transfer between inbound and outbound trucks.
• Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing freight to ensure quality and accuracy; complete daily scanning and reports.
• Handle reworks and repackaging to meet quality standards before release to customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report discrepancies to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions with the team.
• Operate forklifts safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
