Russo Hardware, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate for our IL facility. This full-time, hourly role suits detail-oriented, organized candidates who can follow invoices, load goods, and stock shelves while communicating clearly.

You will check consignments against invoices, monitor bills, ensure safe stacking in the warehouse, and record weights, parcel counts, and duties. No prior experience is necessary; on-site training is provided.

• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Check the consignment matching the contents with the details on the invoice.
• Monitor the bills and check the payment.
• Ensure that the goods can be stacked safely in the warehouse.
• Record the information about the consignment like the weight of the parcel, the number of parcels, the duty charges, and other parameters.
• Other tasks as defined by management.
