Job summary

The Post Oak in Laughlin, NV is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, stock and maintain stock items for GNL. You will handle forklift operations, update receiving records, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely deliveries.

You will use an IP system to enter data, maintain logs, and assist with occasional supervision-free tasks. This role offers room for advancement and benefits including PTO and 401K.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in receiving or warehouse.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and verify quantities.
• Must operate a forklift and two-way radio.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock products.
• Fill out receiving worksheets with quantity, specifications and date received.
• Transport palletized product using forklift or pallet jack.
• Input receiving information into the IP system and update purchase orders.
• Record receiving data in daily logs by type (vendor, UPS, etc.).
• Communicate with departments about deliveries.
• Deliver products to executive level or other locations.
• Occasionally work without supervision.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
