Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Picker for our Irving, TX warehouse. You will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available for 1st shift on-site in Irving. Competitive hourly pay and weekly payroll accompany a benefits package and opportunities for upskilling through Aspire Academy.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work 1st shift on-site in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to order sheets and company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure safety and productivity.
• Verify product information, quantity, and quality before packing.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
