Job summary

Construction Resources Company, LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Receiver to lead by example in daily operations. You will load/unload trucks, organize material, and coordinate with the Tile Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate inventory and smooth workflows.

Responsibilities include pulling orders, palletizing, and maintaining a safe work area while supporting process improvements and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and reach machines.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes regularly (50–75 lbs).
• Reliable transportation to commute to work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure work meets company standards.
• Collaborate daily with the Tile Warehouse Manager.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trucks promptly.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations.
• Communicate any material damage or inventory issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Pull customer orders onto consolidated pallets and wrap for delivery.
• Assist in container receipt and unloading of materials.
• Support operations team to improve overall processes and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
