Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Lynchburg, VA team. The role focuses on efficiently and accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials while maintaining safety, security, accuracy, and productivity in the branch warehouse.

The position excludes delivery duties and emphasizes adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. Responsibilities include processing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and operating equipment such as

Qualifications

• No experience required; warehouse experience a plus.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely follow SOPs and EH&S rules and address safety concerns.
• Receive materials from vendors or other warehouses and verify against packing lists.
• Stock, stockroom organization, and report damaged freight.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct quantity and type is shipped.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
