Job summary

RRD in Greenville, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to read work orders, move and store materials, and prepare shipments. You willload/unload, convey items with hand trucks or powered devices, and ensure accurate counts and labeling for each batch.

Responsibilities include banding, securing loads, and, where required, operating forklifts and other equipment to support efficient production and delivery. The role offers a structured pay scale and standard warehouse benefits.

Qualifications

• General warehouse knowledge and correct storage of paper stock and materials per procedures.
• Ability to stock, move, and rotate items following operating instructions.
• Ability to complete forms for stock description, quantity, and labeling.
• Skill in using shrink-wrap, strapping, pallet jacks, and hand tools for material handling.
• May require forklift operation skills.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or verbal instructions to move materials.
• Load, unload, and move materials to/from equipment; strap and pad as needed.
• Convey materials between storage and work areas using hand trucks or electric devices.
• Count, weigh, and record units moved on daily production sheets.
• Attach tags/labels to materials and prepare bundles with banding equipment.
• Operate automated equipment or industrial trucks to assist loading.
