Job summary

National Oak Distributors (NOD) and Integrated Supply Network (ISN) have merged to expand geographic reach in automotive paint, body, and equipment distribution. We seek a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities, with proficiency in order picking, packing, labeling, and RF scanners.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Proficient in receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and order processing.
Excellent communication in English and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Sort and store inventory in designated locations following procedures.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare shipments including packaging and labeling per regulations.
Operate pallet jacks and other handling equipment safely.
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
Load/unload trucks and ensure safe handling of goods.
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with documentation and data entry.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
