Job summary
Goodwill of Western New York is seeking a Warehouse Packer and Shipping Clerk to prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accurate picking, packing, labeling, and on-time shipping. You will meet daily quotas and keep packing supplies stocked while supporting inventory needs.
Ideal candidates are comfortable with PCs, Microsoft Office, and online tools; capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, standing for long periods, and maintaining a safe, organized work area with a positive, service-oriented
Qualifications
- Able to pack a wide range of items from decor to apparel.
- Comfortable using PCs, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with adaptable prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders for shipment following company standards.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and on-time shipping.
- Meet daily shipping quotas (goal: 10 packages per hour).
- Maintain packing supplies and support inventory needs.
- Assist with product sorting, photography, listing, testing, and storage.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the day.
- Meet productivity goals while maintaining high quality.
