Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Fresno, CA is seeking a Production Shuttle Driver to support the Rental Division. The Shuttle Driver moves products and garments between a Cintas plant and other locations, conducts pre- and post-trip inspections, and safely drives a truck or van.

You will load and unload cargo, keep your work area clean, and meet or exceed quality and quantity standards while adhering to safety rules. This is a full‑time, 3rd shift position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid DOT physical certificate.
• Able to handle physical tasks including lifting/moving materials.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and move products between locations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Drive a truck or van safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and uphold safety standards.
