Cintas Corporation is seeking a CDL Production Shuttle Driver for the 3rd shift in San Leandro, CA. The role involves transporting clean items from a processing plant to a branch and returning soiled items from the branch back to the plant in a truck each day.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting quantity and quality standards while working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Must have a valid DOT physical certificate.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• May require the handling of materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Transport clean items from processing plant to branch location daily.
• Transport soiled items from branch to processing plant daily.
• Load and unload items from the truck with assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality standards.
