Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining dish, prep, and storage areas, preparing food to order, and ensuring cleanliness and security. A strong team player and adherence to checklists are essential for daily success.

Responsibilities

• Set up dish, prep, storage and outside areas for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish, prep, storage and outside areas.
• Close down dish, prep, storage, and outside areas at end of shift.
• Wash, dry and store wares.
• Complete prep lists and follow daily checklists.
• Prepare food to order and ensure quality.
• Control waste and spoilage while minimizing loss.
• Maintain overall sanitation, safety and security.
