Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain company pallet jack licenses.
• Experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
• Prefer poultry or food processing familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Operates an electronic or hand operated pallet jack between departments, buildings, and grounds.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Delivers materials to work areas as directed from the production supervisor, stacks materials in storage areas and loads shipments in trailers.
• Identifies mechanical problems or damage with the pallet jack and reports to the supervisor.
• Completes and delivers daily and weekly reports to the floor supervisor.
