Job summary

TEXTUM OPCO LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to operate machinery safely and efficiently, following safety and quality standards. You will support production by setting up equipment, producing designated products, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while following written and verbal instructions.

The role requires basic reading and writing in English, strong dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Wears PPE as required (steel toe shoes, earplugs).
• Operates production equipment to meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Produces assigned products per verbal and written instructions.
• Completes equipment setup per machine specifications.
• Inspects products on cycle and documents findings.
• Keeps work area clean and organized; returns tools to designated spots.
• Follows all safety, quality and production policies and procedures.
• Reports product discrepancies, equipment issues or injuries to management.
