The Integration Group (TIG) is seeking a Forklift Operator and Warehouse Order Picker in Des Moines, IA. You will operate a forklift and other warehousing equipment to unload, move, and store products, as well as pick orders for shipping.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year in a warehouse setting, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with basic computer use. Safety and efficiency are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work, and maintain safety.
• Experience with computers.
• Proven forklift operator experience and using PIV equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials from incoming vehicles and move them using a forklift, turret, and other equipment.
• Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Assist in picking orders and packing products for shipping.
• Perform general housekeeping and daily maintenance checks on equipment.
• Conduct inventory counts and load freight shipments as needed.
