Job summary

Neovia is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator in Atlanta, GA. The role covers safe operation of forklifts and related equipment, plus handling and moving parts, materials, and supplies within the facility.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of warehouse experience, basic math, and the ability to read/write. Forklift experience is preferred. Strong safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Basic mathematical skills necessary for counts and measurements.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Warehouse experience preferred, including sit-down forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and service mechanical, motorized and/or electrical equipment safely.
• Move goods to or from various locations in the facility.
• Assist in loading, unloading and material handling as required.
• Ensure accuracy of quantities, destinations and timing before movement.
• Operate weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging equipment as needed.
• Maintain safety zones and follow management directions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
