Job summary

Neovia Logistics in Pennsylvania Eighty Four is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to operate and service forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment in receiving, staging and shipping. You will ensure safe handling, accurate movement of goods, and adherence to logistics policies.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of experience, basic math, and the ability to read and write. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and expertise with electric and manual pallet

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1+ years of relevant experience in warehousing or logistics.
Basic mathematical skills and ability to read and interpret documents.
Warehouse experience is preferred.
Experience operating electric/manual pallet jacks, cherry pickers and forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate and service mechanical, motorized, and/or electrical equipment safely in warehousing as required in receiving, processing, storing, moving and shipping parts, materials, equipment and supplies.
Operate equipment safely while moving material and entering/exiting trailers.
Maintain safety of all personnel within safety zones around operating equipment.
Lead and assist in verifying quantities, parts, destinations, and timing prior to material movement.
Lead and assist in using machines for weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging.
Operate and service equipment in the facilities work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
