First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is seeking bussers to support our daytime dining concept. You will help reset tables quickly, maintain cleanliness, and communicate seating readiness with Hosts and Servers.

This role emphasizes teamwork and reliable, efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to perform light duties such as coordinating with team members and assisting in upkeep of dining areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate well with others and work as part of a team.
• Fast, clear table resets and attention to cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Host to signal table readiness.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables within 3 minutes.
• Update Hosts and Servers when seating is available.
• Perform light housekeeping and assist with service area as needed.
