Job summary

Harmony Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant (EFDA) to provide EFDA-level chairside care across multiple Oregon and Washington offices, including Gresham, Sandy, Tualatin, and Camas. The role requires flexibility to travel and support a busy ortho bay.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of orthodontic assisting experience, Oregon EFDA and RHS certifications, and a BLS/CPR certification. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon EFDA and RHS certifications required.
• Active BLS/CPR Certification; Harmony funds recertification fees.
• 1–2 years of clinical orthodontic assisting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bracket placement and wire sequences.

Responsibilities

• Provide EFDA-level chairside orthodontic care during adjustments, bonding, appliances, and debonding.
• Capture accurate digital records including intraoral photos and X-rays.
• Greet families, ease treatment anxieties, and give clear oral hygiene instructions.
• Travel between Gresham, Sandy, Tualatin, and Camas clinics to support multi-site operations.
