Job summary
Harmony Orthodontics, affiliated with Bluetree Dental, is seeking a full-time orthodontic assistant to provide EFDA-level support across multiple clinics in Gresham, Sandy, Tualatin, and Camas. The role involves chairside procedures, diagnostic records, and patient-facing care while traveling between sites.
Ideal candidates have EFDA/RHS certifications, BLS/CPR, and experience with dental practice management software; Cloud9 is a bonus.
Qualifications
- Active EFDA and RHS certifications required in Oregon
- Active BLS/CPR certification; Harmony funds recertification fees
- Strong digital charting and practice management software proficiency; Cloud9 bonus
Responsibilities
- Orthodontic chairside assisting with EFDA-level care during routine wire adjustments, bondings, appliance deliveries and debonding
- Take accurate diagnostic records including intraoral photos, X-rays, and computer-guided impressions
- Welcome families and ease treatment anxieties with high-energy positivity; give clear oral hygiene instructions
- Travel to support operations across Gresham, Sandy, Tualatin, and Camas clinic tracks
