Job summary

Pottstown Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is hiring a Full-Time Expanded Functions Dental Assistant in Pottstown, PA. The role supports dentists, handles patient prep, imaging, and sterile workflow to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

EFDA experience is preferred with PA EFDA license and current CPR certification required. Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $33.00 per hour with a Monday-Thursday schedule and 7:45am–5:30pm shifts.

Qualifications

• EFDA experience is preferred; PA EFDA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment promptly and professionally.
• Sterilize and prepare instruments for tray setups before procedures.
• Take diagnostic digital imaging as prescribed by dentists.
• Work within the legal scope of assistant duties per state regulations.
• Maintain meticulous patient charts and documents.
• Set up and break down rooms per infection control protocols.
