Brownsburg Family Dentistry in Brownsburg, IN is seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to working Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, in a collaborative, patient-focused practice.

The role includes EFDA duties, radiography, room preparation, and chairside support to a skilled dental team. New graduates are welcome and a strong emphasis is placed on excellent communication and punctuality.

Qualifications

• New graduates welcome.

• Open Dental experience preferred.
• Proficiency in dental assistant terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during various treatment procedures.
• Perform expanded functions including restorative procedures, coronal polishing, and sealant placement.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient visits.
• Provide chairside assistance and support to the dental team.
• Take and develop dental radiographs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care.
