Job summary

Columbus Pike Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) with a current Ohio EFDA certification to join our collaborative eight-person team.

You will support the clinical treatment, take and develop X-rays, manage supplies, and help maintain the dentist’s schedule while adhering to OSHA and safety policies. Heartland Dental offers comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a current EFDA certification in Ohio.
• Expanded Function Dental Assistant with strong patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and develop X-rays and provide post-operative dental procedures.
• Support the dentist in managing dental emergencies and patient care.
• Maintain lab equipment and manage clinical supplies.
