This position offers a $1500 sign-on bonus, competitive compensation, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and a team incentive program. Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thu 7:45am–5:00pm; Tue 6:45am–4:00pm; Lunch 60 minutes.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold active Florida EFDA certification.
• Dental Assistant training/school certification required.
• 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred but open to new EFDA grads.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital software.

Aufgaben

• Assist dentists chairside during treatments.
• Greet and prepare patients for procedures.
• Set up and sterilize instruments and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with lab tasks.
• Provide post-operative instructions and ensure patient comfort.
• Maintain clean and stocked operatories.
