We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant, with EFDA certification strongly preferred, who is energetic and a team player.

About Us

We are an established private family practice located in Seminole, FL. Our team environment is excellent, led by an experienced doctor, with a focus on patient care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials to support patient care.
• Greet, seat, and comfort patients, ensuring they are draped appropriately.
• Pour, trim, and polish study casts; fabricate temporary restorations.
• Educate and inform patients, answering questions and addressing requests.
• Clean and polish removable appliances.
• Assist the doctor with set-ups, suction, and passing instruments and materials.
• Document dental procedures accurately in patient records.
• Perform intraoral photography as needed.
• Ensure OSHA compliance through proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.
• Maintain a positive and engaging team attitude.

Qualifications

• Active CPR certification, EFDA certification preferred, FL X-Ray certification required.
• Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 5/5:30 pm.
