• Florida: EFDA certification and proof of formal training, including FDOH Permit
• Georgia: CPR, EFDA certification, and proof of formal training
• Massachusetts: CPR, X-ray training, BORID certification, and annual CE
• Michigan: Evidence of X-ray training certification upon hiring or within 8 weeks
• New Jersey: Proof of X-ray training
• New York: Not applicable
• Ohio: Proof of X-ray training, including FDOH Permit
• Texas: CPR, TSBDE certification
