Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support for doctors, including charting, placing fillings, setting up and cleaning operatories, and patient education.
• Perform expanded functions such as placing amalgam or composite fillings, adapting temporary crowns, removing sutures, and applying topical fluoride (state-permitted procedures only).
• Maintain accurate patient health history and treatment plan documentation in dental software.
• Assist in clinical procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient patient care process.
• Stay up-to-date on state regulations and compliance to deliver safe and effective care.

Your Work Schedule

Monday: 8:45am-6pm

Tuesday: 7:45am-5pm

Wednesday: 7:45am-5pm

Thursday: 7:45am-5pm

Every other Friday: 7:45am-3pm

Your Role as an EFDAAs an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, you'll play a critical role in delivering best-in-class care. You'll work closely with doctors to provide clinical support, educate patients, and perform expanded duties that elevate the patient experience—all while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
