Ohana AZ is seeking an EFC Success Coach Program Manager in Peoria, AZ. The role oversees the Extended Foster Care program, leading a team of Success Coaches and ensuring quality standards are met. Program Manager - Young Adult, Extended Foster Care Program
Pay Range: $57,500-$62,500 + 4 Day Work Week
Ohana's Extended Foster Care (EFC) program is in direct partnership with the Arizona Department of Child Safety that serves young adults (ages 17.5 to 21) who are aging out of the foster care system. An EFC Program Manager will oversee a team of Success Coaches and ensure the quality standards of the program are met. Ohana’s team of Success Coaches fulfill a unique role that combines a focus on helping young adults achieve their goals (education, employment, housing, health, relationships, etc.), as well as providing the necessary case management that equips them for a successful transition to adulthood.
Provide team leadership of the EFC Program
Clinical supervision of 6 EFC Success Coaches
Monitor and ensure program quality

Shall possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
Shall possess 2 years experience in providing trauma informed care and serving transition aged youth (ages 14-20)
Shall be at least 26 years of age
Valid AZ driver's license & car insurance
Clear Background Check and a valid fingerprint clearance card
Salary ranges from $57,500-$62,500 based on education and experience
4 Day Work Week, Monday-Thursday
