Ohana-Homes-2 seeks an EFC Success Coach Program Manager to lead the EFC program in Peoria, AZ and supervise six Success Coaches. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, with at least 2 years of trauma-informed care experience for transition-aged youth.

Program Manager - Young Adult, Extended Foster Care Program
Pay Range: $57,500-$62,500 + 4 Day Work Week
Ohana's Extended Foster Care (EFC) program is in direct partnership with the Arizona Department of Child Safety that serves young adults (ages 17.5 to 21) who are aging out of the foster care system. An EFC Program Manager will oversee a team of Success Coaches and ensure the quality standards of the program are met. Ohana’s team of Success Coaches fulfill a unique role that combines a focus on helping young adults achieve their goals (education, employment, housing, health, relationships, etc.), as well as providing the necessary case management that equips them for a successful transition to adulthood.
