Job summary

Ohana-Homes-2 seeks an EFC Success Coach Program Manager to lead the EFC program in Peoria, AZ and supervise six Success Coaches. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, with at least 2 years of trauma-informed care experience for transition-aged youth.

You must also hold a valid AZ driver’s license and car insurance, plus a clear background check and fingerprint clearance. Salary ranges apply with a 4-day work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in providing trauma-informed care to transition-aged youth (ages 14-20).
• Valid AZ driver's license and car insurance.
• Clear background check and fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities
