Job summary

Global Solutions International, LLC is seeking an EFB Program Manager to oversee the technical and security-compliance aspects of an AFGSC Wing/Operations Group's Electronic Flight Bag program as an optional CME under the BSOS task order.

This role is critical to flight safety, balancing evolving mobile device management and security requirements while coordinating with AFGSC/A3T and Wing staff.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance (active or previously held) is required.
• Working knowledge of iOS and macOS with IT/device-management experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Microsoft Office/365 suite experience with SharePoint and Teams.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead EFB program management per AFGSCI 11-270 and Baseline Config announcements.
• Maintain, upgrade, patch, and restore EFB systems beyond squadron level; manage credentials.
• Coordinate with Stan Eval TO Distribution Officer and EFB managers to update publications.
• Serve as EFB system administrator using BB/UEM and conduct device audits.
• Manage Foreflight administration and connectivity services; coordinate with ISP as needed.
• Act as equipment custodian for all EFB gear and oversee inventory and decommissioning.
• Generate EFB audit and sustainment reports for leadership.
