The Rockhill Group seeks an Electronic Flight Bag Program Manager at Whiteman AFB to oversee EFB hardware, software, and security controls in line with DoD directives. This role requires coordination with DoD units and mastery of aviation IT standards.

You will administer MDM platforms (BlackBerry UEM), ForeFlight accounts, and device enrollment while ensuring current flight publications. A SECRET clearance or eligibility is required, with strong communication and leadership to brief executives

Qualifikationen

• Two years of IT/device management experience.
• Experience administering MDM consoles and DoD cyber standards.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Primary Wing/Group EFB Program Manager per AFGSCI 11-270 and liaison with AFGSC/A3TV.
• Administer MDM platforms (BlackBerry UEM) and ForeFlight accounts; manage user accounts, deployment (DEP), audits, and security compliance.
• Maintain, patch, upgrade, and restore EFB hardware (iPads/tablets, EUSA PCs, peripherals) and manage commercial Wi‑Fi connectivity with ISPs.
• Coordinate with TODO and Stan Eval to ensure EFB units have current flight publications, FLIP, FCIFs, TOs, and Special Interest Items.
• Manage EFB equipment inventory as custodian, tracking hardware refresh and budgets; DRMO decommissioning.
