Job summary

RiverTech, an Akima company, is seeking a qualified support specialist to provide Functional Support for Air Mobility Command squadrons at McChord AFB. The role focuses on non-flying tasks and admin duties related to iOS EFB devices, including maintenance, restoration and application support to meet flying squadron objectives.

The ideal candidate has experience with iOS devices, troubleshooting software on computers/servers, and an active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and loading software on computers, servers and/or EFB devices.
• Experience serving in an aircrew position or knowledge about squadron flying operations.
• Experience with iOS (Apple) operating system software.
• Minimum of a high school degree or GED.
• Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Functional Support for Air Mobility Command squadrons at McChord AFB.
• Handle device activation, password resets, and lost mode retrieval for EUSA devices.
• Perform EUSA device setup, maintenance, and OS updates per HQ AMC EFB guidance.
• Review audit logs for unauthorized access or configuration changes.
