Job summary

The role includes intake counseling, fact-finding, and advising on EEO procedures, policies, and rights. The ideal candidate understands federal EEO statutes, can manage confidential case records, and communicates effectively with employees and management at various levels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal EEO statutes including Title VII, the Rehabilitation Act, and 29 CFR Part 1614.
• Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution techniques; ability to interpret and apply EEO regulations and policies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with employees, supervisors, and management at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Complaint-Related Counseling and HPP Fact-Finding; ADR Support.
• Manage intake of reported harassing conduct and conduct initial issue assessment.
• Develop fact-finding plan and identify witnesses, records and evidence; conduct neutral interviews.
• Review and analyze documentary and testimonial information; develop timelines and findings.
• Prepare factual findings, reports, chronologies, and case summaries for management.
